I don't know if I ever thought anyone was better than prime Ali until now. I have been a boxing fan since 1965 but I went through a sort of dark period from bout 1990 to the early 2000s. I was raising my family and really didn't have the money fopr Showtime and HBO, let alone PPV. I missed a lot of RJJ's fights but I have been catching up over the last five years. The dude was freakin' amazing.

Ali would be second but didnt have Roy's capabilities, not the complete fighter Roy was, no body work, etc

Tyson had a good four years as champ but the Douglas fight put doubts in my mind
