If using PEDs became legal, would it really change anything, Fury would still be last man standing in the Heavyweight division.
Reassuring to know that they didn't try and stitch Oleksandr ''Clean Sport'' Usyk up and try to steal his well earned W and belts from him. But AJ is over in the US at the moment seemingly on the hunt for a new trainer and he's been seen at Reynoso's gym and Virgil Hunter's gym too. Hmm..
@mark ant has no idea about roids and peds and how it works otherwise he wouldn't talk such a BS. Maybe AJ doesn't use peds. But that doesn't mean he's clean/natty.
On a side note. First known use of PED was in the 50's at the Olympics First known case in Boxing Botha in 95( according to Google) How long do you think have fighters been using PED's under the radar between 50's and 95?
It proves neither one of them was tanning the absolute arse out of it in the build up to this fight Baby Miller style, so that's good info to have.
Livingstone Bramble tested positive for a stimulant after the rematch against Mancini. That's the first one in a boxing match I've heard of off the top of my head. I believe AJ is clean but I'm sure he would be tempted over to the dark side if in the unlikely event he were to hook up with Reynoso and I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if that ginger necromancer bent him over and jousted a syringe loaded to the brim with Mexican meat and herbal tea into his buttocks himself
I thought I actually worked for VADA for six and a half years but then I found out it was just some kinda shady Taco Bell. Makes me wonder if this was the legit VADA or if it's just a fast food place they mistook for one. I mean, where I was, they always played along there too. But when I wanted a letter of recommendation for another job they were like nah, homey, this a Taco Bell, stupid.
To me it's easy to catch these guys. If they are signed up with VADA then they should know they will be under random testing and not just for an up coming fight. Anytime VADA wants to test, they can pop up and ask for a sample. Or am I being nieve?
Possibly an unpopular opinion, but i believe they where both on an even-ish playing field. Where they both 100% clean. I doubt it. In my amateur days I remember people taking different types of steroids and these where novice's. I was tempted too, but i just had no clue what to take and what not to, so i didnt. I know we wernt tested or anything like the higher up pro fighters, but we also didnt have access to the same type of goods/ advice about cycling as the higher up pro's do. So I wouldnt be surprised especially at the elite level competition. Tremendous amounts of competition(Some of these guys would cut off their balls to make weight), allot of these guys would do what it takes to win/make it.
At that level there is probably stuff that is ahead of the regulatory curve at any given moment. I'm with you. I just don't worry about PEDs much.
