Does Tyson Fury need more world title defenses to enter the IBHOF some day?

    There is a reason the org's took the belts from Fury...inactivity and PEDS. Those two items are enough to have him banned from the HOF frankly. And he didn't defeat Usyk, Joshua, Parker, Martin (or Ruiz) get get them back.

    Three years? Fury didn't fight till June 2018 after his November 2015 fight with Wlad. In the interim, he ballooned to nearly 400 pounds, was constantly ( and publically) drunk or drugged up, had dodged a rematch with Wlad, and basically showed absolutely no interest in getting into a ring, any ring, again. He also publically and through social media talked about his mental problems, thoughts of suicide, etc.

    Why shouldn't they have stripped him? Dodging any all all fights. Getting completely out of shape. Drunk, drugged, mental. For nearly THREE YEARS.

    He's a two time lineal heavyweight champ, so he's probably in regardless of what he does from this point forward.

    Yes, inactive for 10 whole days before the IBF stripped him. Wonder why he hasn't been in such a big hurry to pay them another sanctioning fee.

    All he needs are wins against: Usyk, Joshua, Ruiz and he should qualify for HOF status. Beating them would mean that he has beaten: the 20 defense lineal champion, the 10 defense WBC titlist (3 times) then the three other unified champs who reigned at the same time he reigned. That would mean he has wins over every HW contemporary HW champion. He wouldn't even need anyone else at that point.

    Yes when you factor in his PEDss and lack of resume he does. Beating accent Wlad and Wilder doesn't cut it.
