Savannah "The Gypsy Queen" Marshall vs Claressa "T-Rex" Shields - Who you got?

Would love it if Marshall could silence that big gob...she's a repulsive character...wouldn't surprise me if shields tries and ducks her.don't think her ego would handle getting beat.

This is my thoughts. Boxxer better hope they have a water tight contract or they could be shafted like Khan done to Hearn.

I totally agree. She´s a fantastic boxer and Peter Fury as a coach is top class.

 

Honestly surprised Shields is taking this fight. she's going to get embarrassed by the bigger, stronger and classier boxer.

Jury out on Peter Fury - Tyson Fury improved greatly when he left him, Savannah would look good with most trainers and Hughie 'The Skirt' Fury certainly has not improved greatly under him.

A poor man's Billy Nelson who actually took a fighter with average ability and turned him into a World Champion.

Tyson Fury and Savannah were always going to be World Champions and I would like to see him do what Billy Nelson done before I rate him higher as a trainer.

Hughie Fury is a lifetime project, where Peter Fury boasted that he would be the youngest World Champion and he has been unable to polish this turd.

Still the lineal Tony Pullis of boxing for me at present.

 

It seemed like many of the vocal posters on here picked Hammer to have her way with Shields. Great fight, hope it happens.

 

He took over Tyson when Tyson was rated a big underdog in a potential fight with Price. Fury was not fit enough, was too essy to hit, was off balance to much before he went with Peter Fury. He changed Tyson's game massively and would have continued to do so if they never fell out. Savannah might have won a title but he has transformed her into an outstanding boxer/puncher and has massively improved her confidence.

 

Some people rate him high yet I have not seen enough to rate him the same mate.

If he took someone like Ted Cheeseman and turned him into a World Champion then I would be impressed. Billy Nelson done it with Ricky Burns and Gallagher done it with Ant Crolla.

 

Two massive achievememts by Billy and Joe G. Peter did take Tyson to be not just a world champion, but number 1 in his division. He will never have the deepest resume as a trainer as he trains very few fighters. Interestingly he does it for free, having never took money of a fighter.

 

As good as Savannah is and as much as I want her to win this, I've a bad feeling Shields' shoulder roll style and counter pot shotting will see her through in one of the dullest fights we'll ever witness.
