If you need a trainer to make you a ''dog'' then you don't really have it, do you? Fury didn't need ''Kronk style'' or ''Sugar'' to make him a dogfighter, he'd already done that many times in the past when needed. Wilder too, actually.

It's pretty obvious AJ was relying on the British biased judging to take him over the line. Everyone knew he didn't have the same boxing finesse, so trying to box Uysk was a bad tactic all things being equal. But they knew things weren't equal. Turns out he did get the bias, but was so inferior to Uysk that it still wasn't enough. Point is though, that everyone knew he should have tried to overpower Uysk, he just didn't have it in him to put it on the line. Because he's not like Fury or Wilder or Povetkin or Pricey or others prepared to 'go out on their shield'.

Also, are you still inviting Big Joshie to your Christmas lunch, Macca? Is he still like family to you? LOL.

I think he’s making the same mistake Wilder just made. New trainer without having any tune up fights to adjust to new techniques is a mistake.

I hate it when you talk to people about things and then they spout it all over the place , when I speak to people i dont want them repeating **** I speak about to them to every ****er
Obviously not true for everything, but somethings are private conversations. You know.

    Its poor form imo.

AJ and his convos were for them ,not every ****er to hear.

    Rude.

If this is true i think aj is going to go out there with the same stupid attitude that wilder had that going out of your shield makes you a warrior.
I mean its more like like taking 5-6 rounds of a career shortening beating is something to be proud of while having no chance of winning.
    Who is advising these idiots?

Also, Wilder had like 1 year and 8 months to work with Malik, AJ will have 5-6 months.

That's true, Usyk was sharp from the get-go last time. Perhaps he was expecting an early onslaught?

Why do people keep throwing out this Wilder example? I saw nothing new from Wilder except a body jab. He surely was not planning to jab Fury to the body for 12 rounds.

I see it being a relatively short but exciting fight if AJ finds some dog.

AJ loses by TKO within 7 by severe gasage and a totally destroyed heart. This could very well be a spectacle to behold.

Most people think AJ's lost "something" along the way. After this he potentially looses it all.

I dont think he will pull it off but what else can he do? Go out guns blazing while perserving his gastank as much as possible is his best bet.

He should’ve made this move years ago. Taking the immediate rematch with Usyk is a mistake. He’s just going to confuse himself and panic in the ring. The re-tooling Joshua needs to make in his style will take multiple camps to work out.
