Is that because Inoue did not accept the fight against Casimero ? I know Casimero has called him out many times and even showed the finger and mocked him. How about a rematch with Donaire rather than more tomato cans ?
Inoue needs to fight in the first 3 months of 2022 Here is list of the fighters that I think he needs to fight after this low level opposition. Farooq Gaballo A.Russell Casimero(unification) Donaire(unification) I don't know if he becomes undisputed at that weight but he needs to move up later that year if nobody with belts will fight him and face someone like Figeroa, Fulton and Akhmadaliev.
Casimero vs. Butler was announced long before Inoue vs. Dipaen was; it went to purse bids like a month ago.
This is a terrible fight. I read that Inoue really wanted a homecoming fight (he's been away for 2 years) and that travel restrictions was a factor, so hopefully this is a one off.

That wasn't in Social media, that was the interview after his fight against Rigo. And Inoue was watching live here in Japan. Punish ? The question is When will he punish Casimero ?
Well, when I say social media, I meant the YouTube videos and Instagram and Twitter where Casimero has been calling out Inoue. Fact is none of this matters unless the two parties actually start talking about the fight.

For anybody wondering or worried: this event IS still on, due to both Aran Dipaen and Wilfredo "Bimbito" Méndez-Figueroa (taking on Masataka Taniguchi for his 3rd defense of the WBO straw title in the co-featured bout) entering Japan before they instituted their latest travel ban.
