Here's an odd one that the forum has discussed a bit: People talk a lot about "intimidating staredowns" in boxing during referee instructions. In your experience, are staredowns and other intimidation tactics ever effective in professional boxing? Do you know of any times that intimidation tactics like staredowns, trash talk, mind games, etc. actually worked on an opponent, either in your own career or in others' careers?
That's for building neck strength not rubber necking. Tyson used to do lots of it. This content is protected
Tim, what about some more abstract things.......like, how hard is jt to get mentally "up" for training, were there ever any doubts you had internally about doing this for a living at various points in your career? How big a fan of the game are you, and what fighters did you follow in your youth?
Interesting info. They certainly do look potentially dangerous and he did from many accounts hit them hard.
