Its hilarious to me that you phrased this as is if Plant is a "top level prime guy". Caleb keeps his right hand low during and after combinations. Canelo will take him out with the same left hook we've been him batter better competition with.

Plant is not high level...he beat no one and Smith is 6.3 and practically a lhw.as for Jacob he made the limits with ggg so he's tough and finally,ggg...well u know it.

You make a lot of good points although I would argue that even at that stage of his career Sergei Kovalev was a quality stoppage. You are right that Alvarez did not bring knockout power with him once he got to 160 pounds. However, as boxingfanatical noted, Plant probably isn't a top level guy. Plant is a good boxer who does not lose many rounds but Canelo is a better boxer and I think he will break him down early. Canelo in 5.
