UFC vs Canelo

Which event are you gonna watch?

 

I'll watch both

 

Sadly that is true. I am not an MMA fan, but I am still more interested in that card rather than the mismatches on Canelo - Plant.

 

If I can get up at 4am I'll watch Canelo-Plant

Never had any interest whatsoever in MMA

 

Im watching both. Boxing is first though.

 

Definitely, hopefully they time it so it basically is UFC as undercard, Canelo as main.

 

The UFC card is much better. At least 4-5 fights will be guaranteed fireworks. I’d rather watch that than another Canelo mismatch.

 

I'll switch over when the Canelo fight starts but until then its the UFC.

They can do that because they are grossly underpaying their fighters. Boxers on the other hand are overpaid (at least the big names). That is the reason we rarely see top matchups in boxing anymore.

It basically boils down to: do you want to see Canelo beat up some dolt with little chance or do you want to see several high quality MMA fights that will be competitive? If you are a Canelo fan you'll watch Canelo, if you are mainly a boxing fan you will watch Canelo ... but if you like both sports there's really only one choice and that is the UFC card.
