Pacquiao Golovkin Inoue Usyk Lomachenko Donaire Bivol R. González Mikey These are the fighters that I believe were/are clean.
They never failed drugs tests so they cannot be accused of PEDS though Manny refusing Olympics style blood tests saying he was afraid of needles was highly suspicious.
Never understood the reasoning behind people thinking Pac was on peds. Never failed a test, don't recall anyone in his team having a proven history or PED use, it just came down to him having a big head and Mayweather accusing him which we all know now is often a PED cheat deflecting from their own PED use based on how many fighters who have accused other fighters of PED use have ended up being caught using PED's. That doesn't mean Manny hasn't used PED's but there's just no basis for it grounded in reality unlike with Mayweather an the infamous IV and retroactive TUE.
For me it was refusing testing and saying he was scared of needles also when they asked Marquez to take the test and Marquez replayed I'll take any test as long as pac takes them too they dropped that **** quick
I always saw the initial refusal as simply being the case of Manny not wanting to be dictated too by Mayweather. Mayweather didn't really have any right at the time to demand extra testing it's not like it is now where the WBC and WBA mandate VADA testing, this was back when testing was a joke but was always the remit of the local body not fighters. The refusing the needle excuse was indeed lame, I don't think he was scared of needles and it did look bad that I agree on but I don't necessarily think that proved anything other than Pac was coming up with dumb excuses to not to bend to Mayweather's demands. I don't recall the JMM incident you cite but I'll take your word for it. As I said before anyone questioning another fighters status on doping is questionable behaviour, while not proof it does for me ironically put the suspicion on the fighter accusing the other, so I think that incident does make me wonder why he felt the need to do that.
