This might be controversial, but I think this version of Canelo even edges the Golovkin from the first fight, nevermind Floyd. Prime Golvkin probably not, but probably the one from the bogus draw 4 years ago.

Floyd would shut out canelo on that performance. Saul punched a lot of air tonight and even did the right cross to top rope that Floyd teased him for in there bout. A slick boxer with good stamina beats Canelo easily but that good Stamina takes an elite fighter to have so no shame of Canelo losing to a fighter like that. Spence Jr at the light middle would have beat the Canelo Floyd faced and Crawford maybe too. Thats why Khan gave canelo fits coz he was so fast (no so much slick but speed made him seem slick. )

But floyd at his career heaviest would have beat that Canelo in there tonight and I would bet my bottom dollar on it

 

I wouldn't say Green.... He had a lot more fights than Floyd under his belt

 

Mayweather was a businessman who stacked everything in his favour. He would have done everything to avoid this version of Canelo and true Floyd fans will recognise this.
