Remember, Ali wasn't the greatest trainer ...so would you draw any conclusions from that...as an example?
Machen had more of a chance than the timid, too orthodox, "don't think outside of the box" Folley, and the severely limited Williams...w/no defense or chin.
Wilder is the biggest fraud in Boxing History. Posing as a HW all time great, when in fact he has no ounce of skill. Couldnt set up a 1-2 jab combination to save his life.
Spot on. I'd say the same about him hitting hard too. He's a very hard puncher. But the hardest ever? Nobody thought that when Wlad was icing everyone. And he was around when Wilder was.
Dillian Whyte is a British-level heavyweight. That is a surprisingly unpopular opinion at the moment.
That is what I thought. But then again there are probably a lot of "Matchroom hardcores", and there are some good knowledgeable posters on this classic forum who strongly reject Whyte being described as British level.
I wouldn't say your opinion on Whyte is unpopular. It is more a case of your supporting arguments to have been found wanting. And, the reasons for why this is the case, have been spelt out to you in the relevant thread.
