The only fight i want to see is against Benevidez, they mention him...Charlo will be easy,Dirrell cmon that's not even competetive and triple G is intriguing because we will see if he's done or not.

    Nice. Maybe he can leave.

Fight GGG one more time (since he actually lost twice) or move up and fight Beterbiev.

Problem with Beterbiev is that literally no one knows who he is. And it’s a much more dangerous fight

    That's his promoter's fault.

Kathy Duva and HBO had no problem promoting Kovalev while he was tearing up 175lbs division.

It can be done but these broadcasters have no appetite for it it seems unless they are cornered into it.

Beterbiev has had promotional issues for a while that he recently got out of.
he is very inactive and doesn’t seem to care much about fighting on a regular basis.

For all of you asking for the third Canelo/GGG fight. How much credit would you really give Canelo for beating a 40 year old GGG?

Really would have liked to see him vs Andrade. I hate Andrade but he would be tricky.

Why doesn't GGG move up and take a risk?

Really. Doesn't have to be Canelo, either. How about Golovkin vs Benevidez or Bivol?

I can only support Rhode Island's favorite son, but we just saw what would happen to Andrade twice.

I think the fight is likely enough to happen though, since he has the WBO belt and therefore a way to become mandatory.

    There’s ple ty of options.

At SMW yeah outside of Benavidez there is no leading contender.

Not much, its about giving GGG a final chance of absolute glory and also putting Canelo's legacy in perspective. Its actually a similar scenario to Marquez-Pacquiao 3. After the 2nd fight Pacquiao went on to blitz the higher divisions and many assumed that the difference would finally show in the third fight, however Marquez gave Pac hell just like ever...so this brought up questions as to how good Pac really was.

Same thing here. If GGG gives Canelo hell in a third fight, then the idea of Canelo always getting better would be disproven. That would open up the doors to haters beginning to state Canelo's run at 168lb was indeed b/c of low competition and that an old GGG would have blitzed through Plant, Smith and Sanders just as easily.

The only thing Canelo would gain from a third fight victory would be closure and knowing that he got the better of GGG in the long run. But legacy wise, the fight is a risk to Canelo.
