    Who wins?
The foreman who ran over frazier and ken norton vs whatever you interpret the best version of fury is.
Honestly it depends if fury can take the body shots. Young foreman tends to put everything into his shots so if he cannot put fury away in the first few rounds, fury will probably wear him away and maul him.
However, foreman's power different from wilder's but just as deadly, he got a pop in his jabs that would maul tyson fury's body and set up hard shots to the head.

Fury mauls him. Foreman was too slow and had shitty stamina. I don't even mention about size difference..

The question is whether fury can prevent foreman's early onslaught. Fury is hittable and Foreman throws absolute bombs that can drop him. If fury survives past round 3 or so from a committed foreman. He will ride out the storm and grind foreman out.

This is one of the better match ups against ATG's for the Gypsy King.

Is the three knock down rule in effect? If it is, I can see an argument for a Foreman win. If Wilder dropped Fury 2 times in one round. Foreman could drop him 3 times.

Otherwise, I'd favor Fury in this match up. Big long, reach, good stamina. He also has the benefit of hindsight. Fury was molded in a post-Rumble In the Jungle world. Fury knows young Foreman will gas.

If wilder could hit him, foreman can too.

    Foreman is no wilder.

fury does not have ali's chin to wait standing until foreman's stamina runs out. I remind you ali ended up with alzheimer, and it was not by bad luck, btw.

"Foreman will run out of stamina". Sure, but if you can be hit, will you be standing when that happens? if so, you better start looking for a neurologe the very moment you get your victory.

Fury is 6'9 and 270lbs. He doesn't need to be a punching bag to drain stamina. He can lean and wrestle, he can box at range with that height and reach too.

In the process he will be hit. If wilder could, foreman of course can too. And more, and better.

Love Foreman but it'd be tough. His pushing strategy would not work. He's not pushing 270+ pounds around. If I remember correctly he also talked about his trainer being short and him being at good punching down from pad work but not so much up. Maybe that's not a big deal if he prepared for Fury by sparring taller guys but the pushing thing is as it was a big part of his strategy to push guys around to create space.
