He actually did better against Fundora than most have he was beating him up on the inside probablt Fundora's toughest fight to date.
He would have given Timmy a tough fight. With a couple more wins under his belt, a very tough fight. Disappointed we didn't get to see it.
At the time the fight was suggested I think it was a 50/50 fight wouldn't have been surprised if Lewis won but Tszyu has been improving every fight and I now consider him elite and would handle Lewis. Lewis also showed an elite chin against Fundora who hits very hard with those long levers.
It's a shame Lewis didn't continue. He was such a strong amateur. He was thrown to a lanky wolf and held his own. No shame in that.
Bruno Tarimo fighting on the Parker-Chisora II undercard against the highly ranked Zelfa Barrett. No doubt they have brought him in as the opponent but Barrett, though talented, is definitely the kind of stylist that Bruno can eventually overwhelm and bash down the stretch. Nyika confirmed aswell against the ever dangerous TBA.
With Zerafa being so inactive and not having had a proper fight since the Horn rematch I give Hardman a good shot at the upset here.
Dana Coolwell will face Miles Zalewski for the Aussie Super Feather title on the Opetaia v Broadhurst card. Hardman vs Adam Stowe on the same card.
Great to Sam Goodman showcased on the Gal card. He has a good looking style about him. Hopefully they find him a decent opponent. Tough being a lighter weight fighter down here.
