I don't know Frazier had little ears not big targets like evander's who will beat a yellow hearted tyson everytime.
Foreman fought more agressive even in the 1990s when he was older. They simply had different styles, it's not a knock on Lewis at all.
Holyfield was roided to the gills and he did not beat a peak Tyson. Tyson mops the floor with poor ol' Frazier
oh nobody beats a peak tyson , less you count a top 40 Buster!!!! -tyson and his ten count losse's sucks
"No chance against Tyson" + "Peak Tyson is unbeatable" + "Douglas and Holyfield losses excuses" = Peak Tyson fanboy behavior
"Superficially read and improperly interpreted stats". The irony is incredible here. I get it, you're new and trying to sound plugged in. Just so you know, Frazier was dropped This content is protected in the first fight against Foreman. He was also dropped This content is protected in the second fight for a combined total of This content is protected . There's no merit in addressing the remainder of your post, it's filled with inconsistency.
OK, so clearly you've been misinformed. It was George Foreman who refused the fight with Mike Tyson, not the other way around. First he turned down a $5 million dollar offer in 1990, then he turned down a $20 million dollar offer in 1991 claiming he wants a rematch with Holyfield instead. Then in 1995 he claimed he won't sign if Don King is involved.
I believe you've also been misinformed , Tyson loses to everybody he cannot intimadate, including 270 lb 200th ranked bemoths, he quits on his stool, Gawd he's been knocked out more than, Ali, Marciano, Foreman, and Lewis combined!
the irony? -So FRAZIER hits the deck 11 times beats the count 10 against 3 guys (Mike Bruce has a knockdown over Frazier- more like a slip) -Tyson goes down 5 and gets up zero ! And Mike takes a better punch? -The irony is its a totally differant era for one thing Okay as great as a FIGHTER Tyson really was , and anybody would be a bozo not knowing that- You gotta admit Iron Mike was not into getting up or continuing a bout he was losing under any circumstances..
NO, I get it. You didn’t and still obviously don’t. Pushing a nonsensical, deflective narrative (“newbie” gunning for brownie points, LOL) and more false “savers” to your argument makes your intent crystal clear. Reiteration. I provided a simple and due correction re total KDs which was the crux of your point. Your err, being in favour of Tyson as it so happened. That makes me someone who is trying to sound insanely “plugged in”??? Without acknowledgement you then just skipped to extrapolating Frazier into more KDs than he actually suffered to try and keep your original “ledger” in balance. NOW you are also trying to tell me what I clearly already knew and you didn’t, in lovely red highlight no less?? A desperate attempt to falsely suggest misrepresentation on my part?? No dice. Mind boggling. The inconsistencies, ironies and lack of merit are ALL yours to own, not to project.
Holyfield knocked him down with a balance shot in round 6. The fight ended in round 11. Somebody clearly got up.
Neither Berbick, Thomas, Tucker, Tubbs, or Ruddock were intimidated. Or are you going to argue otherwise?
Frazier was knocked 8 times by Foreman. 6 of them were in one fight. He was being knocked after he was already badly hurt. Joe was very hard to Knock down. He was only dropped in those fights. 3 fights. Judging his chin the way you are counting knockdowns that would be misleading. According to this if Frazier had gone down once against Foreman and took a 10 count like Mike Tyson his chin would be better? Also consider George Foreman was a once in a generation type of powerpuncher. Frazier's chin was iron
