OK, so clearly you've been misinformed. It was George Foreman who refused the fight with Mike Tyson, not the other way around. First he turned down a $5 million dollar offer in 1990, then he turned down a $20 million dollar offer in 1991 claiming he wants a rematch with Holyfield instead. Then in 1995 he claimed he won't sign if Don King is involved.

Frazier was knocked 8 times by Foreman. 6 of them were in one fight. He was being knocked after he was already badly hurt. Joe was very hard to Knock down.
