Ever tried holding a conversation instead of posting another one of "top 100 questions to ask people"?

My pops. Born 1928. Grew up watching the old time greats. Always talked about Archie Moore, Ezzard Charles, JJ Walcott, J. Louis. I remember he would go down to the store and buy snacks, soda, Jerky things like that, or BBQ for fights. During that time, fights would sometimes come on in the afternoon on Wide World of Sports. I always loved watching the "Agony Of Defeat" guy falling awkwardly off the jump, beanie flying through the air. I got the sense something good was about to happen. Good memories.

Seriously though, my Grandma of all people loved boxing, so did my dad. I remember whenever there was a boxing match on tv of any kind my grandma or my dad would be watching it.

I know you’re a casual Inoue fan but I’m sure jake Paul made you a true boxing fan.

Watching Big Fight Live as a kid on regular broadcast TV in the UK until the early to mid 90s. Satellite TV (which we didn't have) started picking up many of the household names in the early 90s, and I just lost touch with it all beyond catching the highlights on the news the next morning, and settling for reading the odd boxing christmas annual, and then just started following other things with friends that were more accessible. Sometimes we would gather around the one friend's house who had Satellite TV, but I think it's pretty obvious Satellitte TV killed boxings mainstream popularity. Heck even my mother (who you'd never take as someone who'd have any interest) enjoyed watching the boxing when it was shown on the regular domestic channels.

Fight Night Champion is when I remember getting properly into boxing in 2013. I quickly discovered HatmanStrikesBack, IFL tv and some random guy called Apollo James Jackson on Youtube and became hooked from there.

My dad has been a boxing fan his whole life. I started watching the big fights with my parents in the mid - late 90’s. Mainly Naz & Lennox Lewis fights.
