    I feel sad for Kiko Martinez. He was a good fighter in his day, he was in a lot of wars. But he's shot now, too bad he still needs to fight at this point in his life.

    Yeah, he isn't what he was but I'd love to see him win tonight and yeah it's a real big ask but we've seen bigger shocks.

    Guys can keep hating Galahad, but he's quality, always was quality, and he's only gotten better with the experience of challenging Warrington a couple years back (a fight that many thought he won in spite of the differential in big fight experience). He's highly dedicated, so he should be able to eke out his prime for a while yet.

    He's a good guy, too, and all the better for not being around that crumbum Saunders — for as long as he was at St. Thomas, Billy Joe seemed to be leading Barry around like some hooligan youth leading an impressionable younger sibling.

    Martinez is obviously a pretty crappy fight at this stage. Hearn needs to come up with something more interesting for him next.




    Is it just a money thing for him? I don't know his situation, I just got the impression he enjoys what he's doing and doesn't want to quit until he really has to. Seems dedicated, too.

    Not sure why ppl call Kiko SHOT?! He arguably beat Zelfa Barrett who is supposed to be a very solid UK Prospect (just for the record: I know he isn't lol). Kiko is still a solid fighter and he's 35 not 45. Should he still share the ring with big guys like Galahad? Probably not. But he's definitely not shot at this point. And Galahad is not a huge puncher by any means.
