Another tight round, but I felt Bregeon smothered CBS on the inside and landed the better outside shots. Good fight.

 

Bregeon looks like he has a decent beard on him, he’s quite a smart fighter, Smith crowds himself constantly.

Billam Smith smothered all his good work that round, landed a few decent shots on the back foot but the Frenchman dictated things that round.

Bregeon started the round quite slow and let CBS boss with the jab, but the Frenchman started to win the round before CBS had a strong flurry around the 1 minute remaking mark which won him the round.

Good hooks on the inside from CBS, but Bregeon was in the round throughout. The Frenchman is looking the more tired of the two.

 

Bregeon is so open to the right hooks around the head area.

First minute and half was the best for CBS who used straight shots on the outside and it worked really well for him, but then reverted to the sloppy inside work that let Bregeon back in. His early work just about nicked the round for him.

 

Agreed, and that bloody ear should be a fantastic target for a long right hook but he’s smothering everything.

Agree, needs to work his way in better. Attack body then finish with the right hook. CBS is winning. but he has lost 2/3 rounds imo.

Until the last 30 seconds I would have classed it as a close CBS round, again looked good on the outside before smothering his work but a good flurry at the end won it well.

Best round of the fight for Billam Smith, who decided to stay on the outside for the most and it seemed to work - shock! Frenchman is tired now.

 

I might be wrong but it in not Darren Barker commentating as he’s notorious for saying things like that.

If CBS had boxed on the outside all fight he would have definitely stopped Bregeon - Bregeon can hold a shot but he can’t handle being forced to move away and box on the back foot.
