Even though Ballard looks huge at mw he really doesn't have the heavy hands and physical strength you'd expect him to, I don't like how easily he gives ground and waits for the ref to break them up when hes on the inside.

valenzuela has zero respect for his power. None.

 

And he just had a banner year, the huge KO and he beat Danny Jacobs (in reality, didn't get the actual nod). One of the better years in boxing.

This was the fight he was asking for in the aftermath.

 

The skill these two are showing is what you expect to see in 4 rnd fights. Just awful boxing.

 

I thought the same...Valenzuela looks like that mullet boxer video that gets posted every once in a while

 

Munguia stopped Valenzuela in two rounds, this is really a bad look for Ballard imo
Ballard seems so sloppy, even when he lands a good shot he falls in with the follow up smothering his own work

 

Val is a unskilled fighter but if he has 16 kos with his feet being that bad probably dont want to get into a punch up

it's incredible how easy to hit is ballard. I foresee an awesome KO in his future.
