Tyszu is looking good now. Still not convinced hes good enough to beat the best 154 pounders. I think Harrison would have been a more difficult opponent than inoue.

    Round 7

Tszyu is jabbing at the face, getting blocked, just a ceremonial time-filler before planting his feet inside and ripping hooks on the side. Inoue getting tenderized downstairs, still not lowering his elbows to block as his brains appears hardwired to keep his defenses rigidly fixed at upper altitudes. The body shots are taking a toll, causing him to stand a moment longer in the pocket than he did earlier, allowing some overhands to get through for Tszyu. Inoue rocked a couple of times.

    10-9 Tszyu

    68-65 Tszyu

    Round 8

Tszyu is playing aroud now, apparently bored of just spamming body shots although that formula has been working for him. Tszyu getting cutesy, following Inoue with something like a Philly shell. Tszyu now trying different leading shots on the way in. Still blocking most of the oncoming punches, Inoue nonetheless has seen his energy dip. He is ducking and swooping in with some nice counters here and there, but his work rate is anemic.

    10-9 Tszyu

    78-74 Tszyu

    Round 9

Tszyu is starting with the girl what brung him at the dance, scoring body shots, but he obviously wants a head shot KO and begins working for it. Huge slicing hooks at the head, Inoue getting his right arm up in the way to disperse the impact to a degree but not entirely. Inoue pretends to be sitting against the ropes for a moment and then winds up a huge windmill right, crashing into the nose of Tszyu as he steps in. Backfoot jabs by Inoue, holding a cautious Tszyu off for a moment. Tszyu fires off a few into the guard and gets clinched and uppercutted. Ref orders a break and then calls time out for Tszyu's glove to be re-taped, with 17 seconds on the clock. Time in, another flush ambush right hand by Inoue.

    10-9 Inoue

    87-84 Tszyu

Seeing even non-Aussies on boxing Twitter say Inoue hasn't won a round yet ITO ...yeah, there's absolutely zero chance the judges have given him one. :ohno

    Round 10

Tszyu is eating jabs, hooking the body, and now reaching up to slap Inoue behind the left ear with a cuffing, almost open-palmed right. Straight light flurries at the head by Tszyu, meant to position Inoue more than land (which they don't anyway, his tight guard still doing its job). Tszyu not able to do anything with him on the ropes and lets him slide out, following and threading out 1-2s slow and steady, like spiderweb.

    10-9 Tszyu

    97-93 Tszyu

    Round 11

Tszyu is whipping half-power left hooks at the head just to point-score. Inoue no longer standing upright and holding those defenses in formation, doing more of a sinuous lean-in with his bones liquefied, hoping to roll shots and be in position to lunge in and clinch, or counter on the inside. A few good chopping rights by Inoue up close, one or two might have been a rabbit punch but Tszyu seems unbothered.

    10-9 Tszyu, close

    107-102 Tszyu

So today's lesson is Timofei < Munguía 1.0, then.
