Eubank Jr has basically frittered away his prime years, so he might as well jack it in if Williams gets by him.
Someone who lost his pen when he was offered the Golovkins fight, and has shown a distinct reticence to fight Canelos.
He keeps in shape in between fights, he should have kept more active throughout his career. I think he just wants to cash out on a big fight
It's funny how time just passes...Definately pissed away a lot of his career which is a shame as he was athletic I just think this weird attitude towards trainers held him back. Maybe if he would have got with someone like Roy 10 years ago things would have been different.
He's started his career off fairly brightly. Fought some decent competition at british level and looked ready to step up. But after absolutely tooling Yildrim he's not done a great deal. After his career properly stalled with fights against guys who a shot to bits, or were never any good anyway. The one 50/50 fight ended through injury and he didn't look great in that. He's trying to pick his way to a title shot again I can understand that and he's a gym rat so his age might not be totally relevant at the moment as he looks to live the life but after this fight (which is a decent one at a certain level) I would hope he tried to go for a world level operator. Muniga would be a fun fight, GGG obviousley, Charlo or whoever.
He knows he’s rubbish. That’s why he won’t fight anyone, his ego couldn’t cope with what he knows would happen.
I think the same goes for Williams. He's 29 now, and has lost his biggest fights. Hard to see where he goes if Eubank beats him
