I was surprise to see Crawford out muscle Porter

 

hopefully kenny porter is unemployed after that interview.. shawn your 34 nothing to lose get a world class trainer for couple fights and if they go well get one more shot at a big name rematch and call it a career.

 

Shawn and his pops are done as a team, Shawn should have seen this long time ago. All you need to see is how he treats his son in training. Crawford is his own man.

 

That's EXACTLY how it sounds. the ego is out of control with Kenny Porter, completely out of control.

If Porter fights again then he should sack his father, what kind of cobblers is "he didn't prepare like I wanted him to prepare" as a reason to stop a fight.

Teddy Atlas talked about the downside of having a father in the corner for this exact reason...absolute shame for Porter. Still, I won my bets!

Flash knockdown, Porter has a tantrum, punching the floor in frustration but in no way looking hurt. Daddy calls it off cos baby Shawn had a tantrum!? That was strange to say the least, if not fixed a pure bs stoppage

congrats to crawford, didnt think he could do it. but im more sure now that spence is the best welter out there. crawford ties him up like he did porter all night, spence breaks him.

 

On the replay you see that his feet are wobbling a bit as he stands up, and at 8 he is not looking at and talking with the referee the same way he did after the first KD, so I think he was a bit more hurt and had more shaky legs than his rage suggested. With 2 minutes left, his father played it safe. A father in the corner might be a bit too cautious, but he also knows his son better than anyone. Anyway, the post fight talk and the father's reasons for stopping the fight didn't sound convincing...

It was a great fight as long as it lasted. Porter is elite and would have been a great and dominant welter champ in a different era.

The commentators saying errol spence standing up and walking away after the fight like he wants no part of crawford lol. Spence just looked at disgust that kenny porter stopped the fight as anyone else.

 

That other site owned by CBS=Showtime=PBC immediately went down after posting that Crawford won.

 

I'll rephrase, he looked no better than they did when they fought him. He got the stoppage sure, but he truly didn't look a world beater getting it.
