    Nothing was clear as day. Shawn would have danced around on the backfoot, saw out the round, and fought more cautiously the next two.

    I'm torn between the joy of finally seeing this fight, and it more or less delivered, and being heartbroken for this crazy Porter family drama.

    Yeah but I don’t think he looked great tonight until round 9/10. Yes pound for pound number 1 but confident Spence will beat him after what I saw tonight.

    I enjoyed that.

    Porter got off to a great start and was ahead on my card after 9. But, after starting slow, Crawford turned it up in the 8th and 9th, and seemed to sense that he was in position to land something big. He did so with that sweet counter left uppercut, and followed up well to score another knockdown shortly thereafter.

    I definitely think the corner pulled the trigger on the stoppage too soon, but Porter was in more trouble than I've ever seen him and there was a lot of time left in the round. It probably wasn't going to get much better for Showtime, even if I think he should have had the chance to continue.

    Spence looked better vs a better Shawn Porter.

    Crawford really didn't look good in there.

    Crawford literally spent the whole fight throwing left hooks to the body so he could land that uppercut.

    Kenny should have told Shawn during training camp he won't be in his corner if he won't do what he wants, not stop the fight in the tenth.

    Stop with the bs that Porter would have been KOed.
    Both knockdowns were caused by being off balance. The punches weren't that big.

    Smart play by Porter Sr. Now everyone is talking about something other than what Crawford did here, prevented a PBC fighter from getting totally KO'd by a Top Rank guy and everyone questions the merit of the stoppage. smart guy
