You obviously have an issue with either:
1. English context and composition w/ comprehension. Again, I asked you a simple question you now refuse to answer AGAIN. Which leads to #2...

Youre assuming the fight is going to be at a catchweight to begin with, truth of the matter is nobody knows what the weight is really going to be at.
