whenever I see something like that I always wonder the same question "does he have any chance to win? even a remote puncher's chance?"

if the answer is no, I always prefer the stoppage.

This guy had literally 0 chances to win this fight, and in round 2, he was going to be murdered. His gaze in the second KD is scary, it's completely gone.

100% agreed, back in the day he would of been exposed on an undercard on boxing after dark. Zhang has been built up for purely a cash out and anyone on commentary pretending this 38 year old "prospect" is "ready for a title shot" are either lying or incompetent

 

Zhang vs McKean will probably be made.

12 and 13 in the IBF so it would be a title eliminator, and they’re both shown on DAZN. Also #8 and #11 in the WBO, so actually a double eliminator. Makes too much sense.

It’s too bad. Zhang was actually very good back in the day. I could still see him lucking out on a puncher’s chance and getting a title shot, though. He’s fast and powerful. Just too timid, old, and in bad shape. Both in terms of weight and health.
