Are you sure he didn`t mean Michael Spinks?

Ray saw something that HE could capitalise on, with HIS attributes.

Floyd Mayweather would never have fought Marvin Hagler.

A guy who wasn’t willing to fight a prime version of Manny, Winky Wright, and Canelo at 154, wasn’t going to fight an ATG MW.

    You are kidding yourself.

It simply wasn’t in his nature to do that.

Who ranks Leon Spinks over Floyd?

    What are you talking about?

    No.

Earlier on in the thread, he was claiming that if Floyd fought the version of Marvin who Ray fought, that it would be akin to Leon Spinks having fought Ali.

I never said that I rated Leon Spinks over Floyd.

    That’s absurd.

I simply said that Leon had nothing to lose when he fought Ali, whereas Floyd would never have risked his zero against Marvin.

Louden is the master of the absurd comments

He said that ONLY Leonard could take advantage of Hagler's slowdown, that only he had the style, and talent

I then said what about ANtuofuermo & Duran who extended Hagler to within a point even, over 15 rounds?

He never got back to me on this

I mentioned fading reflexes makes a fighter susceptible to upsets by ANY decent fighter, contender

I then pointed out Michael Spinks outpointing the much larger heavyweight Larry Holmes and 7 - 0 Leon Spinks who upset Ali over 15 rounds no less

    THAT is how!

and that Floyd would have the same chance as Leonard but Louden insisted " no, no, no, only Leonard!"

He then told me that Floyd, does not have the confidence that Leon with all his seven fights, had over the winner of fifteen titles and that Floyd would be too petrified to even think he had a chance

Because they aren't publicly available unlike your SRL obsession among plenty of other tendencies.

If it looks like a rooster, walks like a rooster and crows like a rooster then guess what?

    Mark Dunham,

First of all, come and quote me directly.

I’m the master of absurd comments?

    Ha!

    The irony.

I can only assume that I’m being trolled here.

I never said that ONLY Ray could have beaten Marvin at all. I even AGREED WITH YOU regarding Nunn. SMH.

I said that I could put many candidates forward, candidates that may not have been as good as Floyd on a P4P basis, but who’d have had a better chance of winning than Floyd, based upon styles.

    Again, am I being trolled?

    I gave you an answer.

It was on my last post to you.

What do you mean THAT is how?

    You still haven’t said ANYTHING.

How would Floyd specifically have being able to have beaten Marvin Hagler?

You simply cannot give me an answer.

13 pages in, and you’re still referencing HW’s as you’re completely incapable of giving any of us a breakdown.

    You’re a joke.

    “no, no, no, only Leonard”?

    Again, I literally typed:

“I could put forward a number of candidates….”

I said that in Floyd’s own career, he didn’t have the confidence to fight a prime Manny, Winky Wright, and Canelo at 154 pounds.

I said that he was a safety first businessman, one who needed Berto and an MMA fighter to reach 50-0.

    Those were his actions.

    These were his comments:

“It wasn’t the right time to fight Manny back then”

“We don’t fight to see who’s the best”

    Those are the FACTS.

But yeah, that same guy would have fought an ATG MW with huge confidence, huh?

Look, I’ll gladly debate you. That’s what we’re supposed to be here for. But if it’s now got to the stage where you’re making things up and not even reading my posts, then don’t even bother replying.

    Don’t waste my time.

If you want to debate, then debate.

If you want to invent quotes and troll, then find somebody else.

160 pound SRL would beat Mayweather decisively.

I was defending Floyd, not talking smack about Leonard which only shows your paranoia

On the contrary Norris would be a very very live opponent for him at 154. Speed and power to burn and multi faceted as well. Floyd wouldn't have the power at 154 to take advantage of his average mandible.

Are you sure about that JT?

Because let me tell you something:

Floyd beat fighters who were bigger than Ray.

    Ha!

Have you been reading the thread?

    These guys are hilarious.

Why don’t you come and have an objective debate, instead of inventing comments that were never said.

It's been a trolls paradise hasn't it. I kept clear of this one until an hour ago and it sure didn't disappoint.
