I was going to be a goose and post this to a previous thread titled Feinting Fouls. I’ll be a goose now and post it here, given the context. Not taking sides, just opportunistic humour.

    Ha!

I was asking if you thought that they were.

    Okay, so Rooster is trolling.

    If that’s true, it’s actually a relief.

    What about No Neck?

    Is he a troll?

    What do you reckon?

Canelo being forced to respect Floyd’s power doesn’t look great for Terrible.

I'm not convinced. Canelo improved plenty in various aspects over the next half decade. The guy was mixing it hard with GGG. I'm thinking he hits a bit, just a little bit harder than Floyd.

I think Ray would land less shots onm Floyd than Hagler would because he`d throw less.

I believe Floyd could beat Ray at 160 but he never fought a guy that knocked out a fighter as big as Lalonde either.

I think Ray would beat him. Leonard wouldn't have to be as careful and he wouldn't tire near as much because he wouldn't need to be moving anything like he did against Hagler. Leonard could actually whack a bit even at that weight.

Well Leonard certainly hit much harder than Floyd, I don`t Floyd could have hurt any top ten middle, his power was limp.

He hit fine at lighter weights but he ain't worrying Ray at 160.

    Floyd didn’t have any power.

It was Floyd’s speed and Canelo’s lack of experience that made the fight so difficult for him.

    Can you get anything right?

Canelo, like Leon Spinks, had nothing to lose and everything to gain!

It was Floyd's power that made him respectful, the same power that put Marquez on the deck and enabled Floyd to win every fight.

That puts Floyd in an elite class
