Quarry would certainly teach top sluggers like Wilder and Whyte a lesson, but I'd much rather see him thrive at cruiser.

 

I’d bring back Billy Conn. So we’d know exactly where guys in Joe Louis’ era rank.

Harry Wills....maybe he finally gets a title shot
Ibeabuchi....granted he keeps his head straight
Jimmy Bivins....similar reasoning to Wills
Harry Greb.....so we can finally get some footage of him

David Tua would've been interesting in this era

 

Fres Oquendo. Beat all his opponents before he went into the David Tua era.

 

Does Ken Norton count? He held some NABF title or something for a while I think but otherwise he might be ranked as the GOAT non-titlist HW.

David Tua might struggle with the giants

Fury, yes. But "giants" like Joshua are susceptible to upsets since Tua was durable and could hurt anyone.
