Posters on here(Alot of them) dont like brash american fighters. But to be honest, hes a very good fighter with alot of skills and has a willingness to fight the best fighters in the division which says alot about his confidence. That said i think JOJO is going to give him a good tough fight, one where the usuals on here will bash him for it, and will probably spew the "robbed" and "overrated" type bs theyre now saying about Fimo.
Wow, just watched that... Disappointing. Hopefully Rambo Kambo can smash him, I think he's does have a legit chance. Haney defs turned into Bambi when Linares tested that chin. Haney looked nice in that fight, but if he GKJ gets in the pocket and trades like he did with Lopez at times... Could be bedtime for Haney.
Indeed, but he happily outboxed Linares throughout the fight. I have no idea how easily somebody can reach his chin. Hope Diaz gives Haney a scare or two.
I don't like him because he said racist things and he thinks he is better because of his skin color. That alone should be enough to never watch or support him, but there is more: His style is boring he is getting paid way more than he deserves he is not a warrior inside and outside of the ring he has not beat champions but act like he is best he lied about other fighters to make himself look better he supports youtube channels that are racist

Haney is very good. His only real issue is the power outtage. He may or may not have a sturdy chin either. That might not be too bad considering the man who made him dance a bit also dropped Loma (a future HOF'er) so take that for what it's worth. Haney has too many haters, especially considering the fact that he really gives people nothing to actually "hate" on. People are weird
Haney is an interesting fighter. IMO, he’s still developing and has some typical strengths and weaknesses. He’s a huge LW, has quick hands and feet, good endurance and very good fundamentals. It wouldn’t surprise me if he became a kingpin at the weight or at 140 but I’m going to need to see more before anointing him the king. For a big strong guy at LW, I’m surprised by his lack of power. He sits down on his punches and has been able to hit guys with power shots but they don’t seem to have the effect I would expect. Don’t get me wrong, he’s an exciting young fighter and is very likable and articulate. He has a high ceiling like a few of the other young guns at LW, Teo and Garcia. I don’t understand the hate but also think the excessive praise is a little overblown. This is common in todays boxing world. A guy wins a few fights and people compare him to ATG’s. A guy loses a fight and people write him off as garbage. I look forward to seeing Haney fight and would not be surprised if he becomes the top dog at his weight. He’s not there yet but is young and will improve if it stays on his current path.

Haney was rocked by one of the most fluidly offensive guys at the weight. There is no shame in that at all. Also, Loma is leagues beyond Haney in terms of experience and he also got caught, again by one of the most fluidly offensive guys at the weight. Neither lost. Again, where is the shame in that?
Haney is huge for the weight and has feather dusters for hands. That's truly embarassing. Imagine him fighting guys his own size, they'd walk through those pillows
