Depends on the year and the editorial/writing staff. Over the last 100 years, it has and hasn't been. Varies. But mostly yes.

They are the most credible to me. People like to mention Golden Boy purchasing Ring causing a conflict of interest but their ranking are generally unbiased.

OP, google credible and creditable. I promise you will learn that they mean two different things. You don't need to have a bachelor's degree in English to be on this forum, but damn, google is your friend.

It's owned by Golden Boy ffs! It has a bias towards US fighters. US fighters have for years been elevated to pound for pound status for doing **** all while international fighters are usually tentatively listed lower even after super human efforts and accomplishments.

Currently only 2 American fighters (Errol Spence & Terence Crawford) are on the P4P list. Teo is there but we know once they update it he’s off. In divisions that don’t have Ring champions, only two (WW Crawford & SFW Stevenson) have America fighters ranked #1.

Historically though, I am correct, Broner is just one ridiculous example I can remember but the US boxing media has always been terribly biased, it's just a fact, especially if you don't fight there. I remember when Tszyu stopped Judan, it was hidden away in the back and it took up about ten lines :risas3:
