In the first fight it was Parker who seemed to hold back when Chisora looked ready to be taken. It was Parker who looked like he had room to improve. Chisora did not really look like he has any extra gear. It was a close fight either way. I think Parker should stop him this time but who knows, Parker seems to lack urgency. He is a tough fighter but he lacks a killing streak. It is an interesting fight anyway.
Surely Callum Smith could have stepped in to fight Vlasov? Had 2 rounds in September, would have still had about 6 weeks notice and doesn’t come across as someone who gets out of shape in between fights. No rumours on his next fight, he really needs activity. Bet they announce a mismatch for him about April time.
His got a baby due hasn't he. Hearn said they were offered the Joe Smith fight but his taking time out for the new baby.
He took 9 months off after the Groves win because him and his missus were having a baby too then had to come back with a tune up etc. I know having a baby is a big thing but you can’t be turning world title fights down. I presume the baby is due after Joe Smith fights Johnson in the middle of January.
