I've been pretty critical of Wilder however I wish him the best whatever he decides. I think he loses to half of the contenders. If Fury can unify he can at least say he only lost to the best. It all depends how he feels inside and if he can face losing. If he can't face that then be happy in retiremnt and move on.
Iv been pretty critical of wilder too. But i hope the dirty scumbag comes out of retirement so some other boxers can use the stupid ******* as a punch bag a few more times. Hopefully fury gives him another rematch to finish the job
I can't help but like Wilder no matter what he does, I hate his boxing persona and I'm not a fan of him as a boxer but I genuinely believe Wilder is a very very good dude with a big heart. His Bronze Bomber persona is not good but you can see from his videos before he was famous that he is a good dude, he took up boxing to help provide for his disabled daughter, this is very admirable. I wish Wilder the best in whatever he does, he's like Luis Suarez in football (soccer), he's a piece of **** on the pitch and one of the most competitive athletes ever who will do anything to try and win and cannot accept losing. However off the pitch he's a very good family man who has one of the most beautiful stories in sports. I know it's not boxing related but I recommend reading this, incredible story: http://www.espn.com/espn/feature/st...nner-luis-suarez-soccer-most-beautiful-player
He was always deluded but I'd seen him in a couple of interviews and he came accross alright. His issue was always how he handled loss and the refusal to accept reality. Like Floyd or even Hopkins showed a lack of mental maturity which was very revealing of his persnality. People like that remain stunted in there growth mentally. I would rather not see a rematch with Fury both men need to move on.
3 More Money making fights left for him: Ruiz and Whyte and Joshua. Up to him if he wants to pursue damaging his body for those fights. If he had made smart investments, then he should quit the sport.
I don't like Wilder as much as the next guy. But you need to wipe that disrespect off of your tongue. Wishing brain damage on anyone is a true POS move and puts you in the same category as Wilder.
He’s probably going retire…until someone waves a big payday his way. Wilder has made a lot of money and never needs to fight again but it’s got to be hard turning down that cash. If I was his promoter, I’d line up a fight or two against no hope opponents (he’s got experience, all of his opponents pre-Fury). Or if he wants to take a chance, fight Fat Andy. That’s a 50-50 fight but it might help him get an AJ fight if he beats the guy who beat AJ. In England, an AJ fight would be pretty lucrative. Wilder is still fun to watch, even though he hasn’t looked good against fury in the last two fights. I hope he gets it together for a couple more fights at least.
Trust me, I thoroughly dislike the guy. But don't call yourself a boxing fan if you wish brain damage upon boxers. Shame on you. How can a person show they have never boxed a day in their life, don't respect the sport, and live in front of their computer screen? Exhibit A.
