Fury will beat him so bad there'll be no need for a rematch

I doubt that trifling issue will stop Hearn from trying to make one.

It gives Fury's record a little more depth and a known name. Beyond that, it's nothing more than a stay busy fight and a payday for Fury.

This is what i call a great poster. We may have discussion, even a heated one, but at the end nothing personal and just like you say agree to disagree.
I'm totally fine with that, it's just an opinion and point of view and the end of the day, and i maybe very wrong at the end of the day.
All the best to you and your family and i hope you have a happy Christmas too.

If Whyte has such a vicious left hook as you say he has, then how come he didn't drop Joshua -- a man not exactly noted for having mandibular fortitude -- after hitting him flush with it in the second round of their fight?

It's not really debatable, he has a lethal left hook.

Did you watch that second round? Whyte was hurt by AJ moments before catching him and making AJs legs do a little dance, took him the rest of the round and then some to recover. He dropped Parker for the first time ever, he also was the first to KO iron chin Chisora out cold. No one has managed that not even Haye, Klitschko the list goes on.

You can see the explosiveness and viciousness in the way he throws the left hook. Catches it, then it's a fairly short hook which you can see he utilises his whole body

Whyte stopped much more shopworn version of Chisora in their rematch than Haye and Vitali fought, and after going life and death with Chisora in their first fight. Where was Whyte's vaunted power and vicious left hook for that one?

I kinda disagree about Chisora. Yeah maybe his punch resistant is a bit washed, but he still has solid punch resistance, and Whyte KO him absolutely Cold!
And here is a think with Chisora, at least my observation. I got to say before he was like a journeyman, not taking boxing and his prep very seriously. When he teamed with Haye(as a manager or so), he actually improved quite a bit, especially his physical shape.
He was lazy back then, slow flat footed, now it's the same, but he is way more aggressive, and the lazy factor is gone.
At some point he definitely take his career more seriously.

I think it's not even debatable that Whyte has an absolutely lethal left hook! And there is nothing wrong with the AJ chin. If there was, Joshua would be out cold, just like Chisora was from that punch. And that was young, hungry and with a lot of explosiveness Whyte.
I still think this was the best version of Whyte we saw till today.

Yesss. The build up is gonna be great! There will be a lot of hype for this fight in Britain. Froch vs Groves II vibes.

Okay ignore the fact he had AJ on wobbling legs clocking him after he was apparently hurt himself and that he knocked down samoan granite Parker. The older Chisora is arguably better being more motivated/conditioned. He hadn't shown any signs of poor punch resistance before that Whyte rematch.

Seems like you just dislike Whyte for some reason and just can't accept the obvious . He's sloppy with poor balance but he has a damn good left hook. There's a reason everytime he lands it clean it either hurts someone, drops them, or knocks them out unconscious. It's because his left hook is brutal.

I don't dislike Whyte at all, he just isn't as good as you and some others here are making him out to be.

I'm not saying he's good, I just think his left hook is short, sweet, and vicious

Putting Fury down with said left hook is one thing; keeping him down is an entirely different matter. Ask Wilder, who knocked out Fury in the final round of their first fight ... only for Fury to get off the deck, hurt Wilder and win the rest of that round.
