I disagree. Lomachenko is phenomenal and flashier, but Inoue is more efficient, surgical, and brutal. Plus he's legit packing dynamite in both hands.

I'd go with Loma out of the active fighters.

Floyd was nothing but a pot shotter, never setting up his shots with feints.

Beterbiev is the best offensive fighter in the sport. No man has ever made it the distance. He has obliterated all man.

Inoue has fought a laughable level of opposition compared to Lomachenko, if Loma fought the same blokes Inoue fought he'd look like the best fighter of all time.

    Lomachenko
    • Russell Jr.
    • Rigondeaux
    • Linares
    • Campbell
    Inoue
    • Taguchi
    • Hernandez (the man at the time)
    • Narvaez (the man at the time, on an 8 fight win streak)
    • Donaire
The gulf in competition isn't that wide. Rigondeaux sets them apart, but Loma looked vulnerable against Linares and Campbell. Inoue's been far more dominant and devastating w/ only one real competitive match with a rejuvenated Donaire who landed what were supposed to be fight-ending shots.

Inoue has KO'd guys w/ both hands to the head and to the body. He took out 4 world class opponents in under a combined 4 rounds. Inoue is clearly the best offensive fighter in boxing.

    Come on dude,
The level of boxers below 122-126 is laughable, they are not at all comparable.
Rigo schooled prime Donaire, who was one of the p4p best at the time. Inoue struggled badly vs a shot Donaire. Boxers around 118-122 start declining around the age of 30, Donaire was 37 or 38 when he fought Inoue.

Russel Jr is levels above anyone on Inoue's record so is Linares, Campbell and Walters.

It's not Inoues fault, I'm a big fan of his but he can't really shine when he has B level opposition in around his weight classes.

Inoue is a terrific boxer but it takes two to tango, if he doesn't fight world class boxers it's going to be hard to rate him appropriately.
