Good performance from Benn. If he was a good prospect he should take out a tricky season veteran like ALgeiri. Good win but still plenty of work needed.

He's learning on the job, give the man a break. That's still a decent win.

Given Crawfish & Spence will be gone in 2 years, Spence probably 1 fight and Benn is 25...he should bide his time. Wait for the division to open up then go for gold.

I don't know how much Algieri got paid for this fight but it was an embarrassing knock out.

It always is, hence why the dislike for a lot of matchroom fighters.

Algieri is virtually retired and thesse commentators talk as if he's still in his prime.

Who next for Benn? Luis Collazo?

Not going to lie. That was a good finish by Benn. He looked much better than in the last fight.

On the other hand Algeri looked shot to bits. No jab , no movement , wobbly on his feet. Time to retire Algeri. We want you back as a commentator! You are the best pundit around mate.

I was tempted to stop watching when I heard Costello say that Algieri proved that he had great power after landing a left hook

KO 32% and known for being one of the sport's biggest featherfists

How does KOing a shot past it Chris Algieri who was rocked to his core by Tommy Coyle, who was literally semi-retired and the Chef of Danny Jacobs, who looked great against LesPierre, which doesn't say much... because LesPierre is absolute crap... prove that Benn is dangerous? If he was that dangerous, why couldn't he replicate the feat that Danny Garcia pulled off against an even more shot Granados?.
