Hearn is going to have a heart attack when he watches the footage back and sees how many times Avanesyan is mentioned. Matchroom have been trying to keep the most obvious opponent a secret.

I completely agree. Costello has sold out and was embarrassing to listen to.

Big screens will also be erected at Wembley Arena and Vicarage Road just to ensure demand can be met.

How can one believe that Conor Benn has a chance against Avanesyan? Eddie Hearn finds "suitable opponents" for Conor Benn the next couple of years...

fighters always want one more fight one more fight

look at it ends up, like chris tonight getting 12 minutes of having his face smashed in by a younger faster more powerful fighter

a never ending lesson to know when to hang the gloves up, and one that is never heeded by enougth lads.

It was a good performance by Conor Benn tonight, but I do not believe he can beat Avanesyan right now. Conor Benn is probably Eddie Hearns second biggest star after AJ, so he does not want to take any chances.

Problem I have with Benn is his arrogance considering he’s achieved absolutely nothing yet. Talk like that when you’ve won a world title not when you’ve just stopped the ghost of Algieri. Put him in with a live wire and let’s see how good he is. He’s asking for respect but why would anyone respect him? Just keep your mouth shut until you’ve won something.

Considering Khan vs Brook is in Feb then the wiiner most likely won't be ready untill at least July the earliest to make another fight.

Benn has fought 3 times this year and I can't see him staying out of the ring that long.

I think Broner will price him out of the Benn fight. I can't see Haymon allowing Ugas to fight Benn when he is lining him up for Spence.

I think a realistic next opponent for Benn could be Hooker - DAZN fighter and former World champ (granted at a lower weight).
