It was more tongue in cheek. Benn didn’t do a lot of thing by the textbook but it’s also a big part of why I and millions of others loved him

 

Benn vs Watson is still baffling. Almost every solid shot Benn threw was a hook.

 

Benn blamed his trainers he said after he fired tem the best trainer he had was Jimmy Tibbs who taught him to roll away ffrom shots, he was wide open v Watson, it was like Ali v Foreman, rope a dope and Benn gassing after his corner just repeatedly saying "steam him" lol like Honeyghan v Starling just constantly punching arms and gloves.
