A title shot? A few more paydays and an early retirement? Can he get himself back together?

His resistance seems to have cracked and he blocks punches with his face. I see him being a vague name to be knocked out for a few years

Might follow Christopher Lovejoy down the Tijuana cab driver route. He has no future at the top level.

Kownacki has a very good manager, so he can certainly get a few more good paydays and possibly a title shot. That said he’s never seemed that hungry for boxing and just doesn’t seem willing to put the work in and make the necessary sacrifices to be a top fighter.

I hope that he retires. I have Polish friends who have trained with him and he seems to be a decent guy with a new baby. He is totally unable, or unwilling, to learn how to block a punch. One issue has been his trainer in Brooklyn who is basically book trained.

He needs to retire; he has already taken WAY too many shots to his head.

He'll never win a world title so he should just retire and call it a day. Theres no point in taking punishment from these big HW's anymore.

Agree but he could be a gatekeeper for a while if he needs the money.

Nearly all boxers don't become champ. Doesn't mean you just throw the towel in.

Just depends what he's earned upto this point.

It was only a suggestion. I don't know what he's earned.

I remember the hype when he started just obviously was never that good.

Exactly, which is all the reason for him to retire. Hes not taking punches from lightweights man.

He will be seen as a stepping stone for the likes of Hrgovic, Yoka & a whole list of young guns.
