Makhmudov or Wilder would have KO'd that version of Chisora in 1-2 rounds, Hrgovic or Dubois would have done so in 2-3, Joyce or Yoka would have stopped him in 4-6. If Chisora fights an aggressive puncher ever again we'll see just how shot his chin is. He should be kept away from a Helenius rematch.

I liked parker a lot in this fight. And I never thought I could ever say this sentence in this life or in the next one. But man, :nusenuse:, he did very well.

You're dreaming. Chisora smokes them all except Wilder, and possibly Joyce.

Parker tried hard to finish Chisora after the first KD. Parker put a lot of effort and energy into it -- as much as he could really. He still failed to finish Chisora. And the result? Parker spent the entire rest of the fight as an energy-depleted zombie who could only throw a few punches per round. Now, I also think Parker overexerted himself in the early rounds, but the flurry to try to finish Chisora really finished Parker's gas tank.

What I'm arguing does not refute the claim that Parker is a bad finisher, but it does refute the argument that Parker is just being soft or something.

That is the best improvement we have seen in Parker in 5 years

    Long may it continue

He also kinda just let him turn his back and walk to the corner, no idea why he let Chisora do that each time

I've been on record here of accusing Parker of lack of motivation and heart. I take it all back; he fought really well against a tough guy who refused to lie down. What Parker doesn't have is a killer instinct.

And yes, Andy Lee has really helped Parker up his game.

Parker is one of the worst boxers to pull for ever
He literally holds back in every fight for no reason

How many times has Parker already been the distance?

Why? Because he was knackered? Okay then. Verbal vomit.

Come on dude, Chisora is tough. Considering how much of a change it was from Parkers usual style, it was impressive. I remember when this guy fought Joshua, he didn’t even try to win. I’m interested in seeing Parker fight again now.

In comparison, British boxers are the best finishers out there.
Their opponents often don't even appear to be hurt, and still the referee has to jump in to save their lives from the carnage the untrained eye completely misses.

Andy Lee has had a good effect on him but don't know why he told Parker to take it easy when Chisora was there for the taking.

Does Parker think he gets paid more for overtime?
He should have pounced on Chisora after the knock-downs not patiently waited whilst he walked to corner to prepare for his last stand(s).

Parker frustrates me. His nice guy laid back attitude really makes hard work for himself. The fight should have never made the second half

If Whyte has someone that hurt he finishes them though.

Worked for Parker given the level of Del Boy but as you move up you can’t be letting them off the hook like that on so many occasions
