new to this world? cause you sound like youve only been on it about 9 years. at least wait till youre a teen before you start questioning adults.
I'd bet he'd beat Ali too wouldn't he, King Kong & the Hulk You silly little fan girl you. Ginger aint fighting anyone under 45 that got a pulse lol
Kovalev, Bivol, and Beterbiev ALL became LHW champions in November 2017. Why didn't they fight each other straight after, or the following year, or the following year or the following year or the following year?? It seems you have different standards for different fighters.
No I clearly state in the above post that no one is overrating those fighters achievements.... You lot however are with Canelo therefore he is held to a higher standard. It's irrelevant what they do taking into account there just belt holders. If Canelo was awesome as you all state then why not just clear the division out after Krusher? Or is it a strategy to pick up a couple of trinkets in the interim and see if Beterbiev has slowed or shown cracks in his game? If we're being honest we both know the answer to that question...
The only people I see over rating Canelo are his critics. The Canelo fans I see here all admit that Canelo fighting above MW puts him at a physical disadvantage and is vulnerable to the top fighters at CW. What Canelo has going for himself against these bigger men is his skill set. If Canelo and Beterbiev were the exact same size then the fight wouldn't even be interesting because Canelo is a level above him in the skills department, but Beterbiev 's size and strength alone make this fight very intriguing, hence the reason for the thread title. It's fair to say the Canelo of today is a level above the Canelo of 160 and below. He's at his physical and mental prime and it's easy to see the difference.
How can critics over rate him? Shall we have a look at all the stupid threads Moonlight aka Mighty and test your theory and check the same 5-6 + Alt accounts all blowing smoke up Gingers butt hole? There not critics Isal they're fanboys and there the ones who have the hyperbole.
His critics set the bar higher for bar higher for Canelo than they do their own favorite fighters. I've been following boxing since 1995, and in all my years when a fighter moves up in weight it is accepted that they fight a top 20 fighter in that division to TEST the WATERS. For Canelo if he moves up in weight and fights a top 3 he gets criticized because he isn't fighting the #1. That's how he is overrated by his haters. And for every moonlight for Canelo, there are dozens of moonlights for Golovkin (which have died down a bit since he never delivered on his promises), Lomachenko, Usyk, Crawford, and Inoue... which is fine by me if people want to be infatuated with fighters, but don't act like Canelo has this bizarre cult following when other fighters like the above mentioned have tons more.
"which is fine by me if people want to be infatuated with fighters"... ha ha , this fool means it...***** , you is Clenbois slut...
Ok I sort of understand the first part and mostly agree however I don't see loads of fanboys for those other fighters. Yes we get Loma and Usyk ones but nowhere near to the rabid extent of Canelo threads that pop up. If I look now and go through the first three pages of general I'm pretty damn sure Canelo threads outnumber all the others with ease maybe even all combined. So you can't even begin to say the other fighters have loads more because that is blatently false. For the record i'm not infatuated with any fighter I'm just a fan of boxing. Those that fall into that catagory are no different to 10 yr old girls creaming themselves over the latest boy band it really is no different.
To be fair Isal Duran went upto Welter and beat an ATG at that weight in SRL. Sooo yeah if you really are ATG you go and take the top dog out. They're levels to greatness and Ginger is nowhere near the very best ever.
Canelo would be on the bike after the first body shot from Beterbiev unless they drain him to have a punch resistance like a 90 year old AIDS patient like they did to Kovalev.
I can't see roidelo exchanging with Beterbiev. He'd have to be on his wheels to try and avoid the pressure.
I don’t know what your deal is, but is there any chance of you using proper grammar? I feel like it influences me to have a bias against your views before I even read anything. Then your words confirm what I was thinking.
great. then i shouldnt expect to have to reply to another one of your posts, in order to correct it again. now go play with the other kids.
