    Mckinson is a very skilled operator. Starts off well might win a few early rounds. However Vergil is too strong for Mckinson to keep him off all night. Ortiz ko round 7.

    Unfortunately for MM, he is quite skilled but will be in there with a peashooter versus a bazooka. Not a chance McKinson gets Ortíz's respect for a second.

    Mckinson is ranked 3rd with the WBO. He is a great technical fighter, and he even dropped Chris Kongo in his previous fight.

    On Matchroom’s side of things I don’t know why they didn’t make Benn Mckinson instead?

    Ortiz will stop Mikey between 4-8.

    I favour Ortiz to win via KO but he's about to get sucked into a vortex of British slickness, awkwardness and confusion unlike anything he has ever seen, experienced or has prepared for before. Way too early for Mckinson but as with fellow British slickster Big Joe Joyce he's an enigma and a puzzle which is much more difficult to solve that it appears on the surface.

    Ortiz is gonna smash this guy to pieces. Just needs to take his time behind the jab, get in the right range, work the body and set up his shots and McKinson is going sleep. Ortiz is just an entirely different level.

    I don't think they want their cash cow in with a tricky, boring southpaw. Even if Benn won, he wouldn't look good, and that seems to be what they're going for at the minute.

    Expert Aries Offense (Vergil) vs. Expert Aries Defense (Michael). Unfortunately for McKinson, Aries Offense has the key to unlocking some of the tightest defense on the planet, just ask Kovalev, GGG, Inoue and Calzaghe.:sisi1

    In other words, McKinson will give him hell for a round or two, then gets smashed for rounds on end, because he won't go easily. See Matias-Jukembayev as an example.:eek:

    The step up to Aries or Pisces Level is almost insurmountable for any non Aries or non Pisces but likewise the step up to Brit Level is too for non British fighters. Only a Brit Level fighter can overcome a non British Aries or a Pisces and only a non British Aries or Pisces can overcome a Brit Level fighter.

    Mckinson also has another ace up his sleeve what with him hailing from the great fighting city of Portsmouth

    But I've sent this one down to the lab and Ortiz has the right style to solve the McKinson riddle who is too inexperienced at this point for a step up of this magnitude
