I define fear as standing across the ring from Joe Louis and knowing he wants to go home early - Max Baer
Do they even hit the heavybag much nowadays. Another reason i think the older generation we,re a lot harder than todays lot. All fancy work outs nowadays. Three minutes of this followed by three minutes of something else. Then theres george probably hitting that heavy bag for days. That heavy bag will always win but its still a great way of hardening your body etc. Not sure they do it quite as extensively nowadays. It wasnt just george,s power that indented that heavy bag it was also because he,d hit it so much.
I always think this too. Even if that power is 30% of what it was then he'd ko you with a slap. Foreman, for my money, is the hardest puncher where born.
Big George is just one of those dudes who's just naturally a physically powerfull man. He would fold the skinny Wilder like a deck chair.
Foreman's power is from his bone structure .... And his forearm .... Wilders power is from extension and velocity and acceleration ... But yeah ...he'd crush our twerking former heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder
Look, Wilder's right hand is legit, but come on. Foreman has LEGENDARY power. Ken Norton went the distance with Ali three times, once with prime Holmes, a bathroom break vs. Foreman. Frazier? 7 rounds in two fights. At 45 he knocked out the legit lineal HW champ. Wilder knocked out a lot of marginal talents and put Fury down 4 times. That's his resume.
My nose is already ****ed; might be an opportunity to sort that out. On the other hand I'm quite fond of my liver. Go on, Mike!
