All of those guys were real monster punchers ... Satterfield seems to be one of those freaks .. Still, Liston, Rocky, Foreman, Louis, Lewis, Tyson , Wlad, Wilder all monster punchers ...

Cute story. Vitali landed numerous flush punches on a 39 year old Shannon Briggs and couldn't knock him down. Lennox Lewis fought a 27 year old Shannon Briggs and did knock him down and out. Lewis clearly hit Briggs harder. So my point still stands. Fighters lie so just because a fighter says something doesn't make it true. Also Liston was not in the same class as a puncher as Foreman either. Which is why Foreman has a higher knockout percentage even though Foreman fought the bigger and better fighters.

    Foreman is still alive today

You can ask him personally if he thinks he hits harder than Liston ... He will probably say no lol

Satterfield was a massive puncher so i don't see why the opinion is controversial

Satterfield is prob the most underrated guy on this forum. Imagine if he was straight and narrow his whole career. Prob my favorite boxer to watch as he is never in a boring fight. He put a dent in Lamottas head. Knocked out Cleveland Williams, Bob Baker, Brothers, Holman, Lee Oma, and knocked down Harold Johnson enroute to a win. I found it funny in that when he fought Nino two decent punchers that could be knocked out that neither knocked the other out.
