Nope. Castillo I would be a serious problem for lightweight Crawford that's getting Bambi legged by Gamboa. 152 pound Canelo would Decapitate Crawford. 154 De La Hoya probably beats him Augustus and Corrales would be tough fights for Crawford as well.
no not really Crawford fought 9 loss bertran and Ricky burns at 135 and inactive Gamboa, Indongo and postol at 140, and washed up versions of khan and Brook at 147, those are legitimately bad fights.. Castillo was and is one of the best lightweights of all time and certainly top 5-10 in the last 30yrs, Maybe you could say at 140 they are similar because N’dou who lost his title the fight before, and Gatti who was more of an entertaining fighter then elite. But once you get to 147 it’s a wipeout the last guy to hold 3 titles at welter was Baldomir and Judah Mayweather beat them b2b, even if you discredit Baldomir Judah was a former undisputed champ and a 7x world champ(for comparison we praise Porter who has only won 2 titles in his career) Hatton former undisputed champ at jr welter, and then from 2009 until he retired he fought nothing but champions,P4P rated, top 5 fighters coming off some of they’re best wins. I don’t think Crawford has fought a top 5 welter yet besides Porter. I think most of Floyd’s fights at 147 would be tough for Crawford, even in victory I mean Crawford has been wobbled and hurt by lesser fighters and Floyd is faster than Crawford even old 37yr old Floyd. The shot Mosley landed in the 2nd round, Crawford might lose right there. Maidana 1 like if you really look at Maidana career going into that fight the only real lost he had was too Alexander, he beat the hell out of Khan who only won 4 rounds in that fight, and the kotelnik fight was a close SD that again he likely should have gotten the nod for. Manny who Floyd pretty much white washed went on to whoop Thurman a few yrs later that’s a 50/50 fight hell an older Pacquiao 5/6 yrs later was considered a close 50/50 60/40 type fighter vs a prime Crawford. I get it that as a person Floyd personally rubs people the wrong way but as a fighter none of these dude is touching or even coming close to Floyd. Floyd has wins over some of the greatest champions of all time. Crawford ain’t fought nobody GREAT yet there is nobody he’s fought at 135 that’s considered one of the best ever at that weight nor 140, nor 147 The best opponent he could fight right now is Spence who while a vast step up at this current juncture Spence ain’t no all time great welter yet. I know people might point to losses and say while he lost to his guy or this happen man that does and doesn’t matter, every great fighter outside of Mayweather has lost and had a close debatable fight who you lose to how you lost and when you lost matter also it’s called context. But a guy like Mosley having a 50/50 loss to Prime Cotto is better than pretty much all of Crawford actual wins
Stop the CAP. That version of Canelo would destroy Crawford. Crawford hasn’t even fought anyone as good as that version of Canelo. Can’t see Crawford outboxing him because Crawford’s defense is above average at best and he would leave openings for a good counter-puncher like Canelo to land himself. Crawford likes to bully his way and finish off his opponents, he’d play right into Canelo’s hands by doing so. I don’t see any scenarios of Crawford winning this fight. The very few fights that Crawford won by UD, he didn’t exactly pitched a boxing virtuoso performance. Floyd had be on his A game against Canelo defensively, and even then, Canelo was able to sneak a few good shots, Crawford has a lot of holes defensively and he likes to make it a dog fight even when he shouldn’t.
nah, I remember very well canelo when he was 22 years old. He had nothing to do with today's canelo. NOTHING. His footwork was something disgusting to watch, really really really bad foortwork. And his stamina was pityful. No, I dont buy it, I remember him very well. One of the reasons why I admire him so much is because of that, because of how he managed to fight his own limits and to improve like few can do.

Canelo wasn`t that good when he fought Floyd, he got out-boxed by Lara and has improved his punching technique and power since the Floyd fight.
Bud hasn’t fought at 154. Can he elude Mosley after getting clipped like Floyd idk. He’s leaves himself open for clean shots that Money Mayweather wouldn’t get caught with. Let’s say Zab Judah has the lead does he make the proper adjustments to shutdown his offense to the point of frustration for Judah. Or does he try to punch with him and whoever lands big first gets a KO. Pretty Boy Floyd had superior skills and speed to have a near flawless run at 130-140 and Money Mayweather had superior discipline defensively at 147-154 that allowed to him to take away his opponents biggest offensive weapon.
Correct in that round he managed to stay on his feet. After that round Mosley never came close to landing those shots again in 10 rounds. I feel Bud would have tried to punch with Mosley while hurt, gets caught flush again and don’t make it past round 2..
dude Lara was running for dear life in that fight how anybody can claim Lara outboxed Canelo is ridiculous playing tag doesn’t win you fights, Canelo beat up and deoooed trout before Mayweather and had Lara run more than he ever has in a fight after Mayweather.. Crawford gets blitz by Canelo
