    100%

They will find a stiff from under a rock to keep Fury busy in early summer.

Whyte would have had to bend over for Fury and personally massaged Sulaimon to get this bout.

Jokes on Warren & Co if AJ can pull off the rematch then decides to go for a trilogy with Usyk (doubt)

Whyte is an easier fight i'd say...or on par.

But yeah Hunter is sub $1m, fights anywhere. easy to secure. Can they make it a UK bout?

Imagine how easily he would beat Joseph Parker?

Fury should defend his title against a ranked man. There are so many ranked men he could easily beat.

    Fury will fight Andy Ruiz.

That is the easiest fight for him and Ruiz is the guy that humiliated Joshua so when he schools Ruiz, Joshua's stock will plummet even more than it already has

I'd prefer Ruiz Jr in the US or Otto Wallin rematch UK over Whyte any day of the week.

Ruiz Fury might be a hard sell though.

Looks like another 1000 day wait for Dullian.

There would be some intrigue: people would want to see if Fury could stop the blob.

AJ will drag out the rematch as long as he is legally able to. I made a thread asking if there were any contract law experts who knew how long he could mess around for but no one seemed to know. Fury has the more recent fight and will feel totally justified in waiting to see what happens. Can't say I blame him, look at what these welterweights do after all.

Otto Wallin makes the most sense, excepting Usyk and perhaps AJ.

    Kabayel maybe.
It won't be Haye, that's just silly.

Nothing silly about it. Haye has been calling for the fight, and it would be a big name with very little risk, just like Fury likes. I have been predicting for a very long time that when Fury does get around to defending a belt, he would dig up someone from the past like Haye or Klitschko...but I think Klitschko would not be interested.

    But we shall see.

Based on this interview, they don't want top opponent for Fury.

I would not be surprised if Fury fights someone like - Breazeale, Kuzmin, Kabayel
