Wilders KO ratio is still off-scale, almost regardless of who he's faced, that coupled with nearly knocking out Fury in their first and third fight is what makes his resume impressive. Rather than the quality of opposition, which you'd be very hard-pressed to argue is on a par with AJ or Fury's resume.
Hard to believe you can become champ having fought no one then defend your title for years and also face no one.
This resume isn't very good. Im not even sure it's at the mediocre level. It's just bone dry for a 5 year champ such as Wilder. It's got nothing at all besides Ortiz. Also thats not even 10 opponents. It's 7
With Stiverne, who never really won a fight (one robbery) after beating far past it Arreola twice, as one of his best wins, and did nothing major in 6 years Ortiz as his best win, Wilder is clearly one of those manufactured champs.
The difference between AJ and Wilder resumes is that AJ has beaten 6opponents (Wlad, Povetkin, Whyte, Parker, Ruiz and Puelv) better than any Wilder has ever betean. That fact that AJ 7 best opponent he has beaten 8n Takam would be Wilder best opponent he has beaten after Ortis shows huge gulf in quality in the quality of opponents they have wins over.
