The posters dont have reading problems, the problem is in your keyboard that has no ENTER Key nor "," key.

Writing like you do and thinking that people have "reading problems" says a lot about you, tbh. Nothing good, btw.

90% of beterbiev's boxing is based on him being the strongest man in the ring. That would not be the case vs john ruiz, so his boxing would suffer A LOT. I wouldnt put much money on beterbiev, tbh.

There are people who seriously think Beterbiev could beat Ruiz, who would have 30 pounds on him, and be a MUCH harder puncher than anyone he's faced.

Beterbiev would be average size at CW, and a dwarf at HW.

    Thanks

Yes if you want to talk dinosaur boxing or hypothetical match ups between the fighters of different eras go post on the Classic. And I say that as someone who has always enjoyed reading about the legendary fighters of yesteryear and the great characters in the sport's history. But I have little interest in discussing hypothetical match ups that can never materialize between fighters from yesteryear and today, especially with people whose picks always go in a certain direction whilst simultaneously still expecting to get taken seriously and who don't even hold the fighters they pick to win or consider vastly superior to the same ridiculous standard they do the ones they give zero chance of winning or consider far inferior. And these threads are usually only created to try to discredit the fighters of today they dislike or consider overrated.

There's plenty of intriguing match ups and fights to be made right now today to discuss which can actually materialize. There's boxing on practically every weekend for goodness sake and one of the main appeals of boxing for me has always been it's the theatre of the unexpected and full of surprises and these know-it-all hipsters often DKSAB or half as much as they like to think they do get picks wrong all the time but still act like their poop don't stink

Maybe 40 pounds depending on what version of Beterbiev is in this fight. Current Beterbiev is probably about 185 on the night

    Thanks.

    You too

Unlike most on here, I've been a fan of fighters like Beterbiev, Loma and Usyk since they were in the amateurs going right back to at least 2008 (which is a long time ago in boxing years) and they were in their early 20s and I know how good they were even back then and they could've been just as effective and dominant had they turned pro after their first Olympic cycles and they would've achieved a lot more and been even greater had they done so and not left some of their best years and form in the amateurs.

Sure it would be interesting but obviously it's never going to happen and it's pointless to speculate because most of these people have never even seen Beterbiev up at HW in the ams and they have no idea how a 200-210lb version of him would look and how the added weight and bulk would effect him. But they act like they do

Fighters with Beterbiev's style typically burn out long before they hit 37 and contrary to what these clowns will try and have you believe he/they are not immune to the ageing process and the wear and tear of 300 amateur fights and decades of very hard training

But if the much heavier Usyk who campaigned up at HW and against huge and very powerful SHWs (huge and very powerful for that weight not Usyk's natural weighty) in the WSB says Beterbiev gave him his roughest fight and praises his power and we actually have proof of this and him being hurt by him, and Artur was also able to stop a lot of the HWs he fought with big gloves and head gear on whilst weighing a lot less than them, it tells you his power, strength, and pressure carries up to at least CW Level and that's a sub 190 version of him not a 10 or 20 pound heavier version of him.

You created the thread to blow smoke up Roy's ass which is your default setting

One thing I can categorically assure you is a 35 y/o version of Beterbiev doesn't get sparked out cold from a love tap from plodder Glen Johnson or knocked absolutely senseless and left crawling around on the canvas on his hands and knees with his eyes in separate orbit from each other and spittle dribbling out of his mouth like an adult baby by Antonio Tarver

Beterbiev by KO. Look, if Artur can bust up Usyk then hes destroying Ruiz.

Well we don't need to imagine what Lomas limits are. A prime Lomas limits have been discovered to extend just short of being able to handle grandpasalido and Teo Lopez. So not quite comparable to Beterbiev or Usyk.

About hypothetical match ups, what if...AB fought let's say in 1999 when Roy win and became unified champion but the only fighter left is AB with one belt and a 100% ko with 17-0-0 at the same age of Roy
Yet Roy fan say that he is too smart to get ko by AB but don't take a knee when hurt,he was down on the mat and dreaming...maybe to take a knee:lol:
I very like Glen when he was boxing,a nice guy and down to earth too,he was a warrior i mean a true one who fear no one because he travel alot compare to alot of others boxers who are afraid of getting bad scorecards by the judges in other country unlike let's say Ward and alot of others. My point is,Glen was not recongnise to be a hard puncher nor very quick,i even consider him a slow plodder like alot of people say about AB,AB is like more quick than him by eye test only.

    Ha!

    I genuinely didn’t.

I just thought that Joe-Fist’s question was an interesting one.
