I didnt watch it. I was unaware of it.

Garcia does not carry the higher weights too well. He looked soft and fleshy even in the Spence fight and undersized. He should have learned his lesson and stayed at lower weights where he would have had an edge instead of fighting naturally bigger opponents.

He is what 5ft4 in real life?

Yeah he is a miget, he has always been fleshy even at lower weighs, always relied on his talent, which granted was normally enough. Im not sure where he goes now as a 34 year old with no promotional company and his name now carries alot less value. That was my upset of the year.

I started to be a fan after the first Ali-Frazier fight in 1971 so I would consider myself to have a good strong knowledge after 50 years specifically in the divisions and time periods I am most interested in - maybe an 8 out of 10.

Thanks adn same to you. Yep, I saw Barbara Eden in a made for TV movie from the 70's called A Howling In The Woods a few weeks back, and it dawned on me.... dan, I haven't had an avatar of her yet. So I rectified that immediately.

Teddy Atlas asks me for advice on ring generalship.
Eddie Hearn has asked me how to negociate a rematch clause.
Erroll Spence took a new drivers ed class from me.
I cooked a kosher Hannukka dinner for Bob Arum.
Tyson Fury learned footwork from me.
I taught Oscar De La Hoya how to properly put on nylon stockings.

I'm pretty much a boxing genius.

IN HW I'm extremely knowledgeable until pre Schemling. Overall I'm no historian. Among HW modern fighters on this forum, I think I'm top 3 to at least top 8 overall, In 105-122, @Chuck Norris @IntentionalButt and @CST80 are my main superirors, with a few close discussions outside of them. Prfobably top 5 on the forum among those divisions.

I'm no boxing jedi sage that's for sure. I'm decidingly average at best on a good day and I don't pretend otherwise. I like what I read on this forum from the many that really do know their stuff.

However, I've been a boxing fan for nearly 50 years and still get a massive buzz from big fights, that's the main and most important thing for me.

I still get the edge of the seat feeling at stupid O'clock in the morning or UK primetime big fights.

I simply don't need or want to know everything about boxing, I just need to keep enjoying it.

A lot less than your average social media boxing fan apparently. It's funny the amount of times I've been called a 'Casual' by people who only watch AJ or Conor McGregor fight. Y'know... the people who are actual casual boxing fans.
