Anytime I see a post about champions and activity I immediately go to Gary Russell Jr. who has not had more than one fight in a year since 2014. How in the world the WBC let's him remain as their featherweight strap holder is beyond me. I am hopeful that when COVID truly ends more cards and more fight frequency at the top levels will prevail.

Dude just because Teo won a very close fight against Loma, and stopped Commey instead of dominating him over 12, doesn’t mean he’s a better pound for pound fighter than him. Loma is a considerably smaller man than Teo and has had to move up in weight divisions challenging guys heavier than him to pursue greatness much like Pacquiao did. Fighters who excessively try to stack the deck in their favour with their demands and by being weight bullies should be looked upon less favourably in pound for pound discussions when compared to the truly elite warriors who just want to get on with it in the name of legacy.
Look at the scorecards it was not a close fight at all. If you fight in a certain division and are champion you have no excuse to say some other guy who makes the weight is naturally bigger than you. That pardon my French is a BS excuse.
Usyk Clenelo Inoue Crawford Loma Taylor Estrada Don't know enough about Ioka I wouldn't have Fury there like The Ring does Spence would probably warrant a place but I'm not sure if whether to put him at #9 or #10 I'd have to give 8-10 a little thought Talent + skills + accomplishments + quality of opposition + size as well because after all it's pound for pound and big guys feasting on smaller/naturally smaller opposition or fighters their own size is a lot different to small ones facing opponents a lot bigger, heavier and longer than you because obviously it's way more difficult when you're routinely giving away huge physical advantages. Much easier to be dominant when you're the bigger/much naturally bigger, longer, stronger and more powerful guy beating up on fighters who've come up in weight. It's not rocket science
None of the guys you mentioned were #1 p4p in the world. One loss, especially in a close fight, doesn’t kick you off the list completely.
Losses have consequences. Teofimo lost to Kambosos and is off the list. Especially when you lose to someone who was not on the list like Salido and Teofimo who beat Loma. This cult of the Lomasexuals is something to behold. Not accusing you personally but the cult of his supporters are really not balanced in their adoration.
Canelo was swinging air because those guys were pretty much in survival mode, doesn’t really matter much anyway because Canelo’s new style is gonna sacrifice some rounds
